Suggestion?

First off i love your program, very useful. I do have a couple suggestions. It would be nice if we could adjust the order of the categories. Like say alphabetize them or drop and drag them in the order we want, kinda what you can do with the original start menu. Also, it Would be cool if we could add a custom icon to the user made categories.
