[Fixed] "Cannot create shell notification icon" error

In you are using Handy Start Menu 1.40 or earlier and occasionally getting the message "Cannot create shell notification icon" just after log-in to Windows, download the corrected version from:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4761979/hsm140-tray-bug.exe

The described fix will be included to the next public version of Handy Start Menu.

Nice :> I had seen it happen on different computers. Re-installation usually was the solution, did not expect you to come with a bug fix. Care to share what went wrong? For I considered it to be a Windows problem, not a HSM problem...?

This was not an evident bug, but some strange behavior of the Windows Shell_NotifyIcon function. It fails when calling during the Windows startup in some cases (probably if there is a significant applications or system components activity at startup). We've made a correction for such situations.
